We are the data controller for the personal data we process in connection with our services.

 

What we collect

Name, contact details, professional information, communications, and billing data. Nothing beyond what the work requires.

 

Why we process it and on what basis 

Delivering legal consulting services: contract performance. 

Managing client relationships and keeping our systems secure: legitimate interests.

 

How we store it

We use Google Workspace under a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement. All data stays within the EU/EEA.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where legally required.

 

How long we keep it 

Client files: 7 years after the end of our working relationship.

 

Your rights 

You can access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your data. Email us and we will respond within one month.

To file a complaint: Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA/APD) at contact@apd-gba.be.

 

No automated decisions 

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
